As usual and expected, we went to Holiday Plaza again!! I guess we won 't get sick of that place, everytime we go there, we'll sure be back with lots of goodies!! We just don't seem to be sick of buying the stuff there. There's always something new for us to buy.

We took bus to JB quite early today, so we had a smooth journey there, without all the long queues and stuff. I seriously hate to queue and wait!

Upon reaching JB, we took a taxi to Holiday Plaza and the taxi fare costs only RM7! I think that is totally reasonable cos you won't even get so cheap taxi fare in Singapore for this distance.

Dear and I were famished, so apparently the first thing we did upon reaching Holiday Plaza was eat!

We went to this Hong Kong Tea house...

Dear ordered some rice with fried egg that has prawns and meat and vegetable...

Dear was happily enjoying the prawny...

Dear loves eggs, totally. But i don't think he likes the HUGE piece of vegetable on top...

This is dear's messed up rice. Cos i forgot to take a picture of the original rice, he kindly arranged it back nicely again, for me to take a picture.

I wanted some noodles, so i ordered a noodle with steak...

This is my noodle, didn't expect the steak to be in the soup, but the steak was still quite tasty.

I enjoyed my noodle alot...

Yes, your eyes aren't playing tricks on you, I was wearing the glasses. Haha, you can say I'm crazy or whatever, I have perfect eyesight and i like to wear contact lenses and specs. You can't stop me... HAHA!!

And we also ordered a drink, called don't know what couple what one. I forgot. But anyway, this is how it looked...

The blue one was bubblegum flavoured and the yellow one was mango flavoured...

Dear didn't like this much... I found it alright, still drinkable. but the colours really quite nice I must say...

In all, the food cost RM23=around S$10 --> Worth it!

Ahem, then dear and me went to buy some DVDs so we could watch them during my long holidays right now. Heh heh, shan't tell you about the details on where we bought it. Ahem.

We also came across a CD shop we didn't see for the last many times we came. Or at least i didn't knew of the shop.. Guess what i saw, you wouldn't believe what you're going to see..That is Jay Chou's Eighth Dimension album! Which was out like a few year back! But that's not the point, the point is, it is in cassette form! Yes cassette tape! For a decade i haven't been seeing cassette for pop song! And moreover it's Jay Chou! And there's even Coco Lee.

And that's not all! There's also some newer records from like one or two years back... Not that Sammi Cheng one of course, but the other 3 on the right.

In case you think that only Chinese songs are in these old cassette format... There's even Crazy Frog! Imagine playing techno music on cassette tape! Cassette is so IN in this CD store!

Dear also bought some car stickers at Holiday Plaza, as he usually would. I think he can open a shop with his collection of sticker already.

I also bought koropok (prawn crackers) for my mom who loves tidbits.

And we walked on aimlessly for a while...

As we reached Holiday Plaza really early today, we even have time to go to City Square after that!

So, we happily took a taxi to City Square. Taxi Fare = RM6 = good!

The taxi driver warned us about some earthquake in somewhere which also affected areas around City Square. I was quite excited at first, cos i have never experienced earthquakes before, I thought i could have a taste of it...

HOWEVER, I never feel anything when i reach City Square leh.. Hur~ So disappointing!

Hmm, and i didn't really like shopping at City Square. So Dear brought me out and we started exploring the streets outside..

Dear also brought a secret present for his best buddy. It's a secret. Can't tell you. haha.

And! Unexpectedly, i bought a VERY cheap pair of slippers at one of the shops in the streets!
