I really super pissed with Acer Service Centre's FANTASTIC service. I just went there to ask whether I can change my broken laptop casing. And they say it'll cost a whooping S$130 for the casing before GST and workmanship has been waived for me because my laptop is still on warranty.

WTH?

S$130 for some bloody plastic casing?!! Idiotic. Although I can't stand ugly things, I can't stand over-priced things even more!!!

That wasn't what that made me pissed. I'm alright with not changing the casing.

BUT this guy who served me went on to update my laptop...

Well, that seems like he's very kind to update new technology for me....

BUT HIS STUPID UPDATE SPOILT MY LAPTOP!!!!

I hate idiotic unnecessary updates that screw my things up!!!

This Service Man said that it wasn't the update that made my system crash, he said it was because i dropped my laptop..

HELLO?!

I DROPPED MY LAPTOP LIKE DONKEY YEARS AGO! IT SHOULD HAVE SPOILT IF IT WOULD!!

And this guy happily changed my hard disk for me, saying that document could be retrieved back.

Then, later on he proceed to say that my old hard disk is dead.

What?! You think people's laptop don't have important things one ah?!!

I"M SO TOTALLY PISSED.

And he still said that there's already nothing he could do to recover my lost documents!!!!

And that includes my precious, beautiful memories--> my PHOTOS!!!!

I LOVE MY PHOTOS SO MUCH I CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE THEM!!!

And the service man told me that the only way to get them back is to go to Acer Recovery Centre and pay a couple hundred bucks to get it back. He claims that he doesn't know how to get my documents back.

What a good answer!

I was so pissed.

What makes me fed up even more was that if I want to bring this dead hard disk to the Recovery Centre, I have to pay S$300 deposit to bring this dead hard disk out of the Service Centre!!

What a nice one.

One fucking hard disk is only less then S$100 and you think I'm so filthy rich that I've got too much money so I have to put some here?!

GO FLY SOME KITE!

Luckily my clever Dear called for help and ask his Police brother down and negotiated with the Service Man.

And the Service Man promised to try to retrieve my data for me for FREE.

How kind.

He only said he would retrieve my stuff for me after I went to withdraw S$300 CASH, as he needed CASH as a deposit.

And that stupid ATM gave me all S$10 notes...

VERY WELL DONE.

Now I have 30 plus pieces of S$10 notes (including what i already had at first) and a stupid laptop with basically nothing in the hard disk on hand.

VERY GOOD.

I still need to go and do some settings on school when school reopen...

How very free I'll be.

Oh, I hate my oh-so-plain laptop now!!! Without photo wallpaper and games.. I'M GOING CRAZY SETTING IT UP.

And the stuff in the hard disk are so outdated with the old Windows Explorer.. YUCK!!

Rest In Peace my old hard disk. You'll be in my memory forever, and I love you... RIP...
